Pricing and On Sale policy


All prices are in Australian dollars. 3 Wild Pigs reserves the right to change the prices without notice. Prices quoted at the checkout are current and any changes will not affect any pending or unfulfilled orders. On Sale items need the correct sales code coupon to be redeemed at the checkout. Without the correct code you cannot recieve the discount. Please make sure your code is correct and currently available at the time of use. Old codes/coupons that have past the validity date will not be honoured.




Shipping and shipping discounts


All small items are posted using our HERO PACK biodegradable packaging (dont worry, its super strong and perfect for posting small items). For all DRIVE6 purchases in Australia, shipping is FREE! (except for express and except for BLACK FRIDAY SALE. Black friday sale shipping of DRIVE6 will be capped at $5) Camp Ahoy shipping in Australia will be capped at $6. Local statewide shipping please allow 3 to 5 business days. Interstate shipping national postage, please allow 7 to 10 business days. If you haven't recieved your purchase after the allowed time please contact us ASAP. For express shipping please choose your selection under the shipping option in the cart. INTERNATIONAL Shipping cost is capped at $15.




Returns policy and manufacturers warranty


If you change your mind we will not cover the shipping however we will accept the return and supply you with a full product price refund, provided that you have purchased it directly from us within the past 35 days, if it's still in it's original condition (including the supplied mini USB cable) and it still has its original packaging. 1 Year Manufacturing Warranty from date of purchase covers the electrical components only. If you have a faulty DRIVE6 and your purchase reciept (including from our retailers) please get in touch with us. If you do not have a reciept we may be able to track your purchase through our retailers but cannot guarantee this. Please contact us if you have any enquiries. Manufacturers warranty will not apply to misuse or poor handling of product. Please read the manual before use for guidelines of proper use.

When you make a purchase through our website we require specific information to fulfill our promise to you and send your order as quickly as possible. We want to make sure you recieve your order without any delays and you are able to contact us about your order at any time. Your information is only used for this purpose and for us to provide you with the best possible customer service. We will not surrender your information to any other party, group, company or person for any reason whatsoever.




Online payments


We use the STRIPE app for our online payments. It is a highly secure and reputable appliction that we have added to our site to make it easy, safe and secure for you to purchase our products. STRIPE will send you an email confirming your payment of purchase.




I've made my purchase, what now?


Once your order has been made, we will be notified immediately and our process to pack and ship your order will begin. You will be sent an email from the payment application STRIPE that confirms your payment details AND you will be sent a Thank you email from us to confirm that we have recieved your order and the packing and shipping process is underway. We will endeavour to post it within the same or following business day from the order.




How do you plant a tree?


Every month we review our sales and however many products weve sold we send a donation to One Tree Planted to plant that same number of trees. One Tree Planted sends us a certificate each time we plant trees. When we reach 500 trees we get our brand logo on their partner page but there is no limit to the number of trees we want to plant!!! Every transaction with us leads to more trees for our planet! Thank you!!

Black Friday Sale is a 24 hour event only where we change the prices of all products. Prices will be reduced by 30% for 24hours (or more).




product handling regarding COVID19


All product packing and handling is done with zero, direct contact. If packing staff are feeling unwell at all, they do not start work.
